is an online magazine that celebrates the diversity of the Santa Fe arts community through concise, engaging articles about creative individuals and the events they present in town. Santa Fe Arts Journal and all its social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) are places where people who love the performing and visual arts-whether through practice, patronage or collecting-can connect with one another.
Through thoughtful curation, I present information about some of the best arts offerings in Santa Fe.

Emily Van Cleve, founder/editor
“I understand artists because I live and breathe the arts,” explains Emily Van Cleve, a freelance journalist who wrote about the Santa Fe arts community for local, regional and national newspapers and magazines for more than 20 years. Emily has been a professional musician, a student of ballet and an amateur performer in musical theater. When she’s not writing about the Santa Fe arts scene, Emily can be found in her studio creating form-based, abstract acrylic paintings.
